WFMW-Mayonnaise

These days, I don't have any way to make or preserve soup stock, so my soups are water based. And since my soups are usually vegetarian, they often don't taste very filling anyway. I just figured out last week a way to fix that problem.

Serve up the soup and then add about 1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise to each bowl. Stir the soup until the mayonnaise is thoroughly dissolved. Just that little bit of fat makes all the difference in the world!
